15. Milhouse Hits On Nelson (Season 8, Episode 7 - Lisa's Date With Density)
https://youtu.be/9ZWVTb-p1dk This is one of the first episodes to deal with Milhouse's crush on Lisa, and probably the most memorable of the lot. Lisa has a crush on Nelson, and asks Milhouse to pass a note to him, reading, "Guess who likes you." Nelson turns around to see Milhouse suggestively raising his eyebrows, which Nelson reads the wrong way. The scene then cuts to Milhouse being loaded into an ambulance complete with broken glasses, and as Lisa tries to apologise, an EMT tells her, "He can't hear you now, we had to pack his ears with gauze." As well as cementing how Milhouse will do pretty much anything to get into Lisa's good graces no matter how pathetic, the scene's, ahem, punchline, is one of his more unfortunate incidents in the show's history. The eyebrows, and how Milhouse didn't realise how that could be misconstrued, especially by someone as violent as Nelson, is what makes it work.
