The Umbrella Academy Season 2: 10 Things That Must Happen

When Klaus is ‘dead but not quite dead’, he sees a young girl on a bicycle who claims to be God, or at least something adjacent to God. With more near death (perhaps even actual death) likely in Season 2, she might reappear again.

Quite why she’s a little girl on a bicycle is anybody’s guess. Klaus certainly has the most eccentric mind of the Academy, so perhaps that’s simply what his drug-addled brain perceived God to be in the moment. Had it been the more straightforward minds of Luther or Diego, it might have been the classic bearded man in a long robe. Until one of them gets a visit from the creator, that’s open to speculation.

Klaus doesn’t seem like the kind of person God would put immeasurable trust in, but we’ve yet to really see him sober. With his ability to communicate with the dead being much more effective outside of battle compared to most of the other Academy members’ powers, there may be some divine plan for him after all.

Vanya is somewhat of a ticking time bomb and Number Five understands the importance of the timeline more than most; don’t be surprised if the little girl reappears.
