The Walking Dead: 10 Best Deaths Of Season 6 So Far
8. Carter
The Episode: First Time Again The casting of Ethan Embry in the role of Alexandria resident Carter made it seem as though he'd be sticking around for at least a few episodes, particularly with the flashbacks in the season premiere suggesting some sort of long-term, inevitable split within the Safe-Zone, with Rick on one side and Carter on the other. Instead, Carter was set upon by a walker before the credits were close to rolling, not long after attempting to mend fences with Rick by admitting he was wrong about his plan. Gruesomely bit right in the face and killed by Rick to keep his screams from attracting the herd, Carter went out earlier than expected, though his death helped to underscore how ill-equipped Alexandria's residents are to deal with the world Rick Grimes has survived in, let alone dare to question him.
