9. There Will Be A Lot Of Deaths, Including Some Major Characters
It's already apparent a number of people are going to be killed due to the new threat the Whisperers bring, but there will be a lot more deaths of primary players like Jesus now that they are on the scene.
For anyone shocked to see someone like Jesus die, you may want to skip to the next piece because the number of people killed by the Whisperers as a part of their introduction to the group will be shocking.
The fair the survivors have mentioned on the show happened in the books, but during that wonderful event, a "big bad" from the Whisperers who goes by the name, Alpha, slipped onto the scene and engaged with a number of people. It all seemed innocuous at first, but then some people went missing... then a lot of people were gone and a panic ensued. The result was a row of pikes dividing the border between Whisperer territory and the survivors.
Those pikes were adorned with the heads of the missing, which included Olivia, Josh, Carson, Tammy, Luke, Erin, Ken, Amber, Louie, Oscar, Rosita, dozens more, and possibly the most shocking, Ezekiel. These deaths were a massive blow to the community and while it isn't certain the show will follow this list, it's likely Ezekiel and Rosita are on the chopping block.
