9. Gregory
Every television show needs a slimy politician to really make your blood boil. Gregory is perfect in that not only does he look smarmy but he also serves as the character that all audiences have come across at some point in their lives.
Gregory is mainly a narcissistic, egotistical, coward, with no redeeming qualities whatsoever. Like most mentally deranged people with a background in politics, he somehow manages to convince people to take him seriously, thus enlarging his ego that little bit more.
It is also revealed that Gregory has never killed a single walker or human. Instead, he spends his life persuading others to do his dirty work.
Thankfully, Gregory is taken out in the 9th season with his death one of the most satisfying on the show.
