The Walking Dead: Every Season 5 Episode Ranked Worst To Best

6. Four Walls And A Roof

The Walking Dead Conquer
AMC

Following on from Bob's recent kidnap and mutilation, Four Walls and a Roof finds Rick and the group forced into battle once more, as they concoct a plan to drive out their hidden enemies and are forced to say goodbye to a dying Bob.

The episode also sheds some more light on Abraham, Eugene and Rosita, who are stuck between moving on with their mission and staying with Rick in yet another time of need.

Though it's all heavy going, the true brilliance of Four Walls and a Roof lies in how it balances the show's grisly twists with its more vulnerable drama, as is evidenced by the way Rick, Michonne, Abraham and Sasha savagely massacre the Terminus cannibals and then bid a heartwarming farewell to Bob.

Relentlessly bleak but compelling at every turn, the episode serves as a blunt-force reminder of just how far the group have fallen.
