5. Up - Mercer's Interrogations

Ever since The Walking Dead returned with the last batch of episodes for the eleventh season, Michael Mercer's interrogations have led to some great moments for the character. And he even spent more time with those he hasn't seen too much with previously.

After the catastrophe that followed the events of Founders Day, Mercer was tasked to investigate and speak with a series of suspects and those who played Sebastian's secret recording. From an awkward conversation with his loyal comrade Rosita, to an emotional moment with his sister following her capture, this general was put into a tough spot this week.

Continuing to develop his arc during this season, Mercer's interrogation scenes not just saw him in a dangerously new predicament, but were further tested by his loyalty to the society he serves. This made some brilliantly dramatic moments that led to tensions between those he deemed trustworthy and respected from previous episodes.

Furthermore, it eventually led to Michael sharing some screen time with his sister that the two have only had together briefly. It led to a dramatic and engaging conflict as the two siblings butted heads on their important responsibilities and what they hope the place they serve could be.
