The Walking Dead Season 6: 10 Questions Raised By 'First Time Again'

10. How Long Will The Large Cast Stay That Way?

I'm all for this more thoughtful approach to The Walking Dead, whereby not everyone is gunned down immediately. The group remains the same, the Alexandrians are coming into the fold, and the Premiere showed a display of unity among the camp. The hour-long season opener gave a whistle-stop tour of everything that's gone on since the last finale, and paid a visit to each and every character worth a second of screen time. But that's unsustainable surely? It's great that a dramatic zombie show can be successful without bumping off the main characters at every turn (sorry Carter, we hardly knew ye), but it could all get a bit claustrophobic without a cull. Will several characters meet their demise very soon?
