4. Will They Fortify Alexandria?

One of the most welcome surprises from Episode 9 was the news that Alexandria hasn't been written off. Rick is going to use the plans and create a fully-functioning society from the ruins, and that is phenomenal news for the series. It means that we'll have some form of stability in the world rather than an endless cycle of finding shelter and losing it, with stale wandering in between. The group can solidify their defences, rebuild and grow as a tight knit community, while branching out to explore the surrounding area. It'll be nice to have a constant location to call home, but will they ever get as far as building it into something great?
