7. Can We Expect More Dropped Characters?

A lot of simmering tensions, including the Carol/Morgan situation were left bubbling in the mid-season finale, despite the cheesy 'group shot' at the end. Everyone was expecting some issues to be thrashed out in Episode 10 with view to making peace going forward. Unfortunately, Carol, Morgan, Heath, Gabriel, Aaron, Glenn, Abraham, Sasha, Rosita, and Tara were all dropped this week. I really thought TWD was turning a corner with the united group all playing a part in reclaiming their land, but it looks as though we're once again going to have to get used to long spells without certain characters from the bulging cast. Will that be the case? Or will we finally see the big-hitters in the same episode?
