The Walking Dead Season 7: 6 Ups And 4 Downs From 'Say Yes'

4. Tara Finally Tells The Truth

Tara not revealing Oceanside to Rick might've been a more interesting decision for the character, but in narrative terms it had to happen sooner or later, and I'm very glad they've opted for the former option.

After another on-the-nose reference towards it earlier in the episode, in a conversation between Tara and Rosita, Tara then goes and pours her heart out about the whole messy situation to... Judith. Ok, so she's not yet much of a conversationalist, but it does make for a surprisingly effective study of Tara's state of mind regarding Oceanside.

Then, at the end, she of course tells Rick about it, which like I say had to happen eventually. At least now they can get on with it, although quite how it's going to play out for anyone - given the people at Oceanside shoot on sight - remains to be seen. Like with the Scavengers, it probably won't be easy for Rick's crew.
