The Band-Aid Man literally tears his victims limb from limb, displaying otherworldly strength that's quite impressive for someone who is basically an animated pile of clay. This scene is actually a heck of an entrance. It's the introduction to the monster in Home Again, and it does set up how intimidating the creature is, even before we know exactly who or what he is. You're expecting a death, at this point - but not someone's arms being ripped off their body. It's a level of gore unparalleled so far this season, a step up from the gruesome second episode, Founder's Mutation.
