18. Fox Mulder Can't Work A Cell Phone
Mulder spends a lot of time complaining about his cell phone (more accurately, his new camera app) in Mulder and Scully Meet the Were-Monster. It's a comedic note in an episode full of them, and while cliche, it works, because we all remember Mulder and Scully from the days before smart phones. When Mulder tries to capture a video of the were-creature he and Scully have been tasked with hunting down, he immediately flubs the flash, flips the camera so that it takes video of himself, and answers the question a lot of fans have about why strange monsters never get recorded on video: Because those trying to record them are too excited and/or incompetent to work a phone.
