Given it's placement in the sequence of events early in the trailer, it's likely that the infant pictured is part of an alien cloning project. That said, there are other options. Though the producers have denied it, the episode entitled Home Again may involve the Peacock Family, the trio of inbred mutants (and their mother) who wreaked havoc in the fourth season episode Home, which was banned from rebroadcast on Fox for some time after its original airing, and which became something of a cult classic among fans. Despite the denials, one key indicator is that there already exists an X-Files comic published by IDW entitled Home Again, which is a follow-up to the episode. While it may just be a coincidence, it's still worth noting. Either way, that child does not look normal.
