25. Custody Law and Eastern European Democracy (Season 2, Episode 18)

Like many episodes on the list, it is the main plot that makes the episode, whilst the subplot is just not on the same level. Here, we focus on Jeff and Shirley (who arguably are the best team-up of group members we get in the show) and Chang. Season 2 has the engaging arc that Chang may be the feather of Shirleys unborn child. Season 2 is where Chang really comes out of his skin and is never less than utterly hilarious. This is Changs best episode. Although the subplot of Britta spoiling another friend fro Troy and Abed, who turns out to have committed atrocious crimes against humanity. Whilst it is funny enough and diverting, the Chang of it all is so strong- especially Jeffs tolerance of his childish behaviour- that it pales a bit in comparison.
24. Spanish 101 (Season 1, Episode 2)

You may notice there arent many episodes from Season One listed throughout this- that is because, in my opinion, it takes the first season a long time to really find its feet and kick into the Community we all now know and love. They are equally as good, but the whole soapy will-they-wont-they? of Jeff and Britta is not as fun as when they are just friends, and it takes a while for Troy and Abed to truly become, well Troy And Abed. But this episode is hilarious for our first true introduction to Pierce. Jeff bounces brilliantly off him, and we find out just how odd Pierce really is. The presentation at the end is one of my favourite moments of the show, so it is included mostly for that.
