If you're still here reading this then wow, that's awesome, thanks for sticking it out with me. We're now down to the top 25, so I promise they won't disappoint. At least I hope they don't...
25. Batman - The Animated Series
This has to be the best Batman cartoon ever made. The series ran from 1992-1995 yet I can remember it like yesterday. The series portrayed Batman as a darker character, the way he should be shown. It was far ahead of it's time and easily one of the best cartoon on TV, EVER! The only bad part about the show was that it ended! If you're a Batman fan and you haven't seen it, then shame on you! I beg of you to watch it somewhere, there's 85 episodes floating around out there and trust me, none of them are bad.
24. Doogie Howser, M.D.
Doogie wasn't your typical teenage kid, he was a super genius. Finishing high school at the age of 9 and becoming a doctor by 14 (reminds me a lot of myself... ok, not even a little) he was a prodigy amongst his peers and a medical marvel to boot. His best friend Vinnie helped in keeping him grounded, reminding him that he's still just a teenager. Most episodes ended with him writing in his journal on his computer about the struggles of being a teenager. Although if he's that smart, how hard could it have really been?
23. Doug Heffernan - King of Queens
In my opinion they just don't get much funnier then Doug Heffernan. He was the every mans man, an IPS driver and husband to Carrie. He was a modest, funny, dumb witted family man who always seemed to get himself into the dog house with Carrie, only to crawl his way out as the show progressed. His physical humor was just as funny as his verbal, so for me there's no doubt he deserves to be on this list. Even if the series didn't start airing til the late 90's. He's just that good.
22. Kelly Kapowski - Saved by the Bell
EVERYONE'S 90's crush was Kelly Kapowski. She had it all, beauty, semi intelligent, head cheerleader and the most popular girl at Bayside High. Everyone hated Zack Morris because of Kelly Kapowski, he got THE girl (they eventually got married in the movie Wedding In Las Vegas). She was untouchable to us but that didn't stop us from dreaming, so thank you for the memories Kelly, we all really appreciate it.
21. Jerry Seinfeld
Jerry Seinfeld (pictured to the right, Soup Nazi to the left) should be known as an icon in most households. The man is the star of the show that's based on nothing. He was the anchor of the ship, the glue that held everything together, and the voice of reason. The show Seinfeld dominated the 90's and this was the man at the head of the class. Jerry was a smart, witty, shallow, generous character who always seemed to break even in life and made everything come full circle at the end, regardless if it was good or bad. He's a character that's still relatable today and will be 20 years down the line, the man's got staying power.
