WandaVision: 5 Vision Comics Marvel Fans Need To Read

3. Giant Size Avengers #4

The Vision Tom King
Marvel Comics

Long-time fans of Marvel Comics will know that, for quite some time, Vision resisted his feelings for the Scarlet Witch. He believes it would be wrong for a human and an android to be together. However, this all changes in 'Let All Men Bring Together.., the first story in Giant Size Avengers #4.

After the Scarlet Witch is kidnapped by the evil Dormammu, Vision ventures into the Dark Dimension to rescue her. After Vision frees Wanda, the pair defeat Dormammu together. Then, Vision finally admits his feelings and proposes, which Wanda happily accepts. They return to Earth just in time to help their team fend off an attack by Kang The Conqueror, preventing him from kidnapping Mantis and dragging her into the future for a forced marriage.

After defeating Kang and returning Mantis to her true beloved, The Swordsman, Vision and The Scarlet Witch are married by Immortus, with all their Avengers teammates in attendance. The couple then retire from the team, setting up the events of their first solo series.

While we know that Wanda and Vision are married in WandaVision, whether the wedding will be seen on-screen is unknown. However, the comic's version of the wedding is still an important moment in both characters' histories.
