Josh Koscheck was so bad that he turned Chris Leben from heel to face on season one of The Ultimate Fighter. What more needs to be said?

On top of the heat Koscheck generated from his time on the show, Koscheck has also gained heat for his trash talk and underhanded tactics that he used during fights. The best examples of this would be Koscheck’s “trash talk” towards GSP on Season 12 of The Ultimate Fighter and his fight with Paul Daley.

Koscheck attempted to get inside the head of GSP leading up to their eventual title fight at UFC 124. GSP easily dismissed every attempted insult Koscheck hurled his way and the entire show just made the latter look dumber and dumber.

On top of this, during his fight with Paul Daley, Koscheck pretended to get hit by what would’ve been an illegal knee if it had landed. Instant replay showed that the knee clearly didn’t hit Koscheck and he was faking. However, Koscheck’s acting performance led to Daley being deducted a point and he went on to win the fight by decision.

Looking back, it’s kind of easy to see why this guy had heat.

The Iron Sheik once said, "DON'T BE A F****** JABRONI!" That advice changed my life, as I am in fact now standing here as definitely not a jabroni. Thanks for reading my stuff! #HTX Matthew 11:28
