10 AEW Nightmares That Could Come True In 2023

This is a very-real possibility.

Previously, AEW seemed like a dream destination for anybody who was pig sick of Vince McMahon's whims. The tourist brochures were full of wonderful statements like, 'Come to AEW and experience creative freedom'. It seemed like a no-brainer, then Vinnie Mac retired.

Guys like Adam Cole and Malakai Black have held their council on such matters, but they must be looking over at WWE, seeing that their old mentor Triple H is in charge and wonder what it'd be like if they leapt back there. Such sentiments (assuming they exist - this guy definitely isn't inside their heads) will only grow arms and legs in 2023.

Others, like Miro and Andrade El Idolo, haven't exactly been thrilled with how things are going in All Elite either. Meanwhile, reigning World Champ MJF has publicly flirted with the idea of jumping to WWE when his contract expires.

Could AEW's roster look very different by the close of business next year? It looks like it.
