Divas in evening gowns... Phwoah. Sadly, the reality of this couldn't be further away from the fantasy of the opening sentence. Pat Paterson and Gerald Brisco, Vince McMahon's infamous stooges of the 1990s, battled for the Hardcore Championship dressed as women following orders to do so by McMahon himself. The reason for this is still unclear to this day. The pair did a backstage segment dressed as women soon before and presumably McMahon liked what he saw. This match was at 2000's King of the Ring event and was during the Hardcore Championship's 24/7 ruling run. Weapons in this bout included all your favourites plus a banana, God knows why.
