In the ultimate heel move, The Big Boss Man killed Al Snow's beloved pooch, Pepper. The pair were embroiled in a feud over the Hardcore Championship at the time and The Boss Man would stop at no lengths to gain the belt. In a shocking turn of events, Snow ate his deceased doggy in a meal his nemesis made for him. Naturally, Snow would seek revenge. Cue the WWE writers who came up with one of the worst gimmick matches in history. Snows twisted mind created the Kennel from Hell match. A traditional steel cage would surround the ring, and a Hell in a Cell would enclose the ringside area, the winner would be the first to escape both structures. However, there was a dangerous catch. Between the two would be hungry, rabid Dobermans patrolling ringside threatening to bite either man should they fall from the internal cage. As expected, the match was terrible. The pair made sure to get the Universe on the edges of their collective seats with plenty dangling spots. As for the dogs themselves, they were accompanied by trained professionals and proceeded defecate all over the shop before a couple even made sweet doggy love. Snow won the match, if you were interested.
