10 Best Heel Moments In WWE Raw History
2. Heyman's Fake Heart Attack
Hard-nosed wrestling old-timers are forever complaining that today's generation of WWE stars aren't committed enough to be proper bad guys - but that criticism can never be made of CM Punk.
In fact, he's such a committed bad guy that he's spent the last four years pretending that he's completely done with the sport of professional wrestling. The heat that he gets when he finally reveals it was all a ruse is going to be something else. (Sometimes, there's nothing wrong with a healthy dose of denial.)
Perhaps the Straight Edge Superstar's greatest heel moment, however, came on an episode of Monday Night Raw in 2012, when he and then-manager Paul Heyman started mocking Jerry Lawler's real-life heart attack in the aid of a cruel practical joke.
The Raw commentator was presumably on board with all of this (although given that Ric Flair apparently wasn't consulted on Paige's comments about his deceased son, we can't be 100% sure of that), but even so, this was an incredibly bold move for all concerned.
