10 Best Main Roster Debuts By WWE NXT Stars

7. Baron Corbin

Of everyone on this list, Baron Corbin had arguably the worst tenue on the black and gold brand. In just over two years, The Lone Wolf had a solid undefeated streak, lackluster partnership with Rhyno and brief rivalries with Bull Dempsey, Apollo Crews and Austin Aries.

While there was not much to show for his time in NXT, that all changed at WrestleMania 32 when fans were surprised to see Baron Corbin walking to the ring for the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal. Making your debut at The Showcase of the Immortals would have been more than enough to cement the arrival of The Lone Wolf to the WWE Universe. But Baron Corbin didn't just arrive in the match; he won the whole thing and the Andre The Giant trophy.

Winning a match with Hall of Fame caliber stars like Mark Henry, Big Show, Kane, Diamond Dallas Page, and even Shaquille O'Neal, on the main card of WrestleMania is about as good a first night on the job as anyone could ask for.
