10 Best Ruthless Aggression Era WWE PPVs

1. Survivor Series 2002

Vengeance 2002
WWE

This is one of several pay-per-views from the era which was perfect from start to finish.

The show opened with a tremendous high-spot six-man tag team table match, pitting Bubba Ray Dudley with longtime rivals Jeff Hardy and Spike Dudley against Three Minute Warning and Rico. While Three Minute Warning are not much remembered, Jamal (the artist who would be known as Umaga) and Rosey were two fantastic big men and were great to watch in the ring.

Bubba Ray was a bump machine at this point in time, and Jeff Hardy continued to be a death-defying fan favourite.

Not only that, but this match concluded with the returning D-Von Dudley to the satisfaction of the crowd.

Billy Kidman had a corker of a Cruiserweight Championship match against Jamie Noble, and had his head driven straight into the canvas for his trouble.

Brock did all he could to get the Big Show over, and did so with some success. Not only that, but this was the first time Big Show had been fireman carried on TV, with Brock hitting an immaculate looking F5 on the World’s Largest Athlete.

In the main event, the original and best Elimination Chamber pitted Raw superstars (Shawn Michaels, Triple H, RVD, Booker T, Kane and Chris Jericho) against one another and offered a unique variety of high spots to keep the fans entertained.
