10 Best WWE Raw Matches Of 2015

6. Bray Wyatt vs. Dean Ambrose (January 5)

Other matches on this early-January episode of Monday Night Raw included such delights as Big E defeating Adam Rose in less than 2 minutes, and The Ascension squashing a pair of jobbers. For that very reason, it's not difficult to see why Bray Wyatt vs. Dean Ambrose managed to stand out. Making matters more exciting, the tussle was an 'Ambulance Match'. Overall, the January 5 edition of Raw was a very poor program. It was threatening to be a very drab start to 2015, before Wyatt and Ambrose were let loose. The match lasted close to 20 minutes, and served the purpose of handing Bray Wyatt an important win before he inevitably lost to The Undertaker at WrestleMania. Both guys looked like they really wanted to enter a big performance. One of the only things holding back the action was the fact that the fans in the arena didn't seem enthused by what they were seeing. In retrospect, it comes across that they had been lulled into a slumber by the lack of thrills earlier in the show. They did respond to the big spots in Wyatt vs. Ambrose, but this could have been even better as an opener.
