10 Big Concerns Heading Into WWE Clash Of Champions 2020
3. RETRIBUTION Might Turn Up
It's an awful thing to say given that they were once one of the most intriguing things about the WWE product, but RETRIBUTION has never looked less credible than they did on Monday Night Raw.
Making their 'official' debut, the faction revealed that they had inexplicably signed WWE contracts and also had names like Slapjack, T-Bar and Mace. That really said it all, didn't it?
Like with many things in WWE, it was far more exciting when the mystery was alive as the WWE Universe theorised about their backstories - theories that would have undoubtedly been better than what we got. Now that the company has finally taken control of the narrative, they have tainted it with mediocrity.
An abject failure that played a major role in why Monday's episode of RAW was viewed by fans as a colossal trainwreck, it would be preferable if they didn't remind us of it at Clash of Champions.
With that in mind, it would be best for everyone (them included) if RETRIBUTION stays as far away from the PPV as possible.
