Talk of Batista vs. Triple H at WrestleMania 35 refuses to die.

An electric Evolution reunion at SmackDown 1000 set pulses racing for a bout many fans didn't even know they wanted. These hopes were shot down when 'The Game' was injured at Super Show-Down, but Hunter, ever the Lazarus expy, is recovering ahead of schedule. He's back in the gym, and the general belief is that he'll be ready to go by 'Mania. This makes it impossible to completely dismiss the idea of him facing his former protege.

Batista has spoken of his desire for one last WWE run several times, to the point where it'd almost be a shame if the well-liked star didn't get that opportunity. He deserves it, and with the dent he's made in Hollywood over the past few years, he'd return a bigger star than when he left. Vince McMahon must smell the money he stands to make from putting this thing together.

There's every chance the bout would die a death on 'Mania night, but said SmackDown segment was awesome. As tricky as the destination might be, these two have more than enough chemistry to last the journey, and there's every chance it'll start sometime soon.
