Private Party eliminated The Young Bucks from the opening round of the AEW World Tag Team Championships Tournament. If that didn't immediately tell you that Marq Quen and Isiah Kassidy were brought to AEW for a reason, then nothing will.

Quen and Kassidy found themselves with AEW contracts as soon as they finished up their match with the Bucks and Best Friends at the inaugural Fyter Fest event. Having impressed immensely throughout that bout, the masters of the Gin & Juice went on to become instant fan favourites for their innovation in the ring. It's moves like Gin & Juice that allow them to stand out in one of wrestling's most stacked doubles divisions.

Because they came up against Matt and Nick Jackson in the opening round of that aforementioned tournament, everyone was predicting a decent match that could only end in the Jackson brothers advancing. At least we were right about one thing there.

Granted, they haven't necessarily retained that high ranking in the division, but these days, they're aligned with Matt Hardy. Being affiliated to such a prolific figure from wrestling history is just what the duo need to come anywhere near the AEW World Tag Team Championships. They will become champions one day under Matt's guidance.

Their success in AEW can't end with that huge win over the Bucks. They're just too good for that.
