At WrestleMania 28, John Cena suffered one of the most devastating losses of his career when he was beaten by The Rock. A whole year of trash-talking and preparation went down the drain because Cena got too cocky and tried to hit The Rock with his own People's Elbow, leading to a Rock Bottom and defeat.

The following evening, Cena was humbled, but tried his best to keep his chin up. Addressing the crowd, he apologized to those he let down with his loss and admitted that The Rock truly was the greatest of all time. Cena invited The Rock - who had been out to open Raw - to come out to the ring for a tip of the hat, but he got something he certainly wasn't expecting. For the first time in eight years, Brock Lesnar's music hit the P.A. system and sure enough, out came the former WWE Champion-turned-MMA megastar.

When Brock got in the ring, Cena extended his hand, and "The Beast" took it - only to scoop Cena up onto his shoulders and plant him with a F5.

The entire company was now under siege.
