10 Biggest Wrestlers Not Signed To WWE Or AEW

3. PCO

PCO Ring Of Honor
ROH

You have to pinch yourself harder than the concrete the man in question is prepared to throw his rough leather hide onto to properly appreciate the sheer absurdity of legitimately discussing PCO - that is, for those uninitiated, Pierre Ouellette of The Quebecers - amongst a list of wrestling's hottest independents.

And yet here he is. The 51-year-old's unexpected comeback has evolved out of novelty to see him currently positioned as the top contender for Ring Of Honor's premier title. Yes, the company's roster is greatly depreciated, but there's still talent amidst the ranks. That the Montreal man is in this position is no accident, nor joke.

That said, age isn't on his side. There's virtually no chance whatsoever that the one time Jean-Pierre Lafitte will resume his hunt of Bret Hart's jacket in WWE, and any appearances in AEW are likely to be short-term. Still, his comeback couldn't have realistically been predicted, so nothing can be discounted.

Benjamin was born in 1987, and is still not dead. He variously enjoys classical music, old-school adventure games (they're not dead), and walks on the beach (albeit short - asthma, you know). He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
