10 Current WWE Stars Worth Their Weight In Gold

6. Asuka

How can you not feel sorry for Asuka? There really is nothing more she can give to the company, yet they continue to force her to play second fiddle to the other women in the division.

Asuka's record in WWE should really speak for itself. Her run in NXT was the most dominant of any women, decimating her competition as she went two years undefeated on the brand. Her stoppage win over Bayley is one of the most underrated moments in NXT TakeOver history, standing as one of the more shocking results in TakeOver history. After joining the main roster, Asuka won the first-ever Women's Royal Rumble, before losing her undefeated streak to Charlotte at WrestleMania 34. While this could have marked a dramatic shift in character for The Empress, WWE instead chose to ignore the loss, and Asuka, for the best part of two years.

Over the years, Asuka has shown herself to be among the most consistent main-event workers WWE has in its women's division. Furthermore, the strength of her character was highlighted by her ability to get over in the early days of the Performance Centre shows without a live crowd to feed off of.

A feud with Rhea Ripley could be the key to rejuvenating Asuka to the level fans have grown accustomed to in the past. She has done incredible work with everything WWE have given her in recent years, and she deserves the chance to roam free as a top star in the company.
