Longest individual reign as a World Champion: 203 days as WWE Champion World Titles held: 8-time WWE Champion (combined 609 days), 4-time World Heavyweight Champion (combined 139 days) Randy Orton was pushed incredibly fast in his rise to the main event scene, winning his World Heavyweight Championship at the young age of 24. In a mere ten years, Orton has won twelve World Titles during his tenure with the WWE. One could imply that he's somewhat over-pushed, particularly since the days of 'The Viper' Randy Orton persona . Back in the early days of Evolution and his 'Legend Killer' gimmick, he was seen as a breath of fresh air and his early World Championship push was received quite well. The problem is, through winning so many titles in such a small period of time, Randy Orton has become a dull taste to the senses. Compared to other Champions who held their titles longer, won them in more competitive eras and worked to the bone late in their 40's for them, Orton's sheer amount of reigns seems like the result of bad booking and a lazy product compared to the consistent quality of other World Champions. Love him or hate him, he's one of the most decorated World Champions of wrestling history.
