5. Bret Hart

Bret 'Hitman' Hart is highly regarded as one of the best in-ring performers to ever grace the wrestling ring, but the problem many people have with the man is that he would be the first one to tell you that. Many fans have trouble keeping the irritated looks off their faces when Bret starts referring to himself as a "hero" for millions around the world.

The infamous 'Montreal Screwjob' was obviously a terrible time in the man's career, but listening to Hart speak about it seems to absolve him of any blame. No, it definitely was not cool that Vince McMahon, Shawn Michaels, Earl Hebner and others conspired to remove the WWF Heavyweight Title from his waist, but it also wasn't exactly awesome that Bret himself refused to lose the belt to Michaels in the first place, despite being about to leave for WCW just days after the 1997 Survivor Series Pay-Per-View.

When speaking to someone he respects, such as Jim Ross, Hart can be a fascinating interview guest, because he genuinely does have an endless supply of invaluable wrestling knowledge, but a lot of people feel he takes himself far too seriously.
