10 Greatest WWE Character Vignettes Ever
2. Razor Ramon: Granting Wishes
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oy4cYiRb1okScott Hall's first big break in wrestling came when he arrived in the AWA shortly after Hulk Hogan's departure. With his muscular 6'7" frame, luxurious mustache, and leather vest, he seemed a blessed combination of Hulk Hogan and Magnum TA that even the notoriously Paleolithic Verne Gagne seemed ready to get behind. But it would take another few years and a pair of failed WCW runs for Hall to really hit his stride, which he supposedly did by pitching the plot of Scarface to the notoriously pop-culture insulated Vince McMahon, who hailed Hall as a creative genius.
However Razor was conceived, the execution was undeniably flawless. Every single one of Razor Ramon's vignettes was solid gold, including one where Vince apparently got his hands on the actual hideous convertible from Scarface. But the highlight has to be the one which detailed Razor's thoughts on the topic of wishes. Dripping with his trademark gold chains and wearing a vest made from your aunt's throw pillows, Razor circled a fountain, very slooooowly discussing the suckers who waste their time wishing, rather than taking. Suddenly, he turns and shoves some schlub into the water and intones, "I make his dreams come true, meng."
