10 Guests Stone Cold Steve Austin Must Have On His WWE Podcast In 2016

Shootin' from the hip with the cream of the crop...

Pay-per-views and NXT aside, the Stone Cold Podcast has become the must see show on the WWE Network. Well, that was until the Texas Rattlesnake had Brock Lesnar on his most recent broadcast. The conversation the pair had was highly criticised for being too bland and not adhering to Austin's normally hard-hitting interview style. Plus, it also went down as a bit of a PR disaster for WWE, as both Stone Cold and The Beast Incarnate were talking in glowing terms about topics such as bullying and hunting, while there was plenty of swearing - some of which wasn't bleeped out - throughout. Before that, six-time WWE Champion Austin's provocative and no BS interviewing style had gone down well with a whole new demographic of WWE fans, who could have been introduced to the Steve Austin Show thanks to the Network. The SAS, in purely podcast form, has been running since May 2013 on PodcastOne and has grown to be the leader in the rapidly expanding genre of the wrestling podcast. The Texas Rattlesnake hosts two shows every week - one family friendly, one unleashed - with the PG version making its way onto our screens. This undeniable popularity caught the attention of the powers that be at the WWE Network and the 'Stone Cold Podcast' was born. WWE have tried to keep the guests fresh on the televised version, meaning that Paul Heyman aside, each person to appear on the Network is new to the show. You can see every single guest in each show's history here and here. This will be taken into consideration throughout the course of this countdown. So here goes, here's 10 new guests that Stone Cold must have on his podcast when it returns next year.
