3. Brock Lesnar vs Mr. Perfect - Jakked 02/02/2002
The most famous (or infamous) tussle between Brock Lesnar and Curt Hennig took place thousands of feet in the air.
The two got into a genuine fight aboard the legendary 'Plane Ride from Hell' and nearly knocked open the emergency exist as a result. Mercifully, the match we're talking about happened on solid ground.
Mr. Perfect and Mr. 'Beast' were in very different places come the February 2nd episode of Jakked. Perfect had just returned to the company at the Royal Rumble whilst Lesnar had yet to debut on TV. This made for a fascinating clash between two boys from Minnesota
If you can believe it, Hennig actually defeated The Next Big Thing, a result that would have been sacrilegious just a few months later. The pair also tangoed on a couple of house shows before Perfect was eventually fired following the aforementioned midair scuffle.
The other two Jakked dark matches on this night were Rico Constantino vs. Orlando Jordan and Randy Orton vs. some guy called Ron Waterman. Safe to say Lesnar vs. Perfect is the only one of those worth seeking out.
