10 Huge WWE Superstar Shake-up Predictions To Revitalise Raw

4. Sin Cara

The Sin Cara gimmick was tainted long before the former 'Hunico' took over mask duties from flipping flop Luis 'Mistico' Alvirde, but a 2016 Lucha Dragons severance sent the elder statesmen of the team into a tailspin, particularly when he couldn't get near the company's revived Cruiserweight Division after his move to SmackDown Live! in last year's Superstar Shake-up.

WWE's logic presumably revolved around flogging merchandise at blue-brand house shows, but will kids even want to cosplay as the least successful hooded hero since The Colons were forced to dress as masked matadors?

Kalisto's position on Raw affords him dual duty as a 205 Live also-ran and Monday Night jobber, but would reuniting the former NXT Tag Team Champions really be the worst idea at this point? The gimmick was popular in short singalong bursts, and the sum of their parts was as close as WWE ever came to recapturing the solo magic of Rey Mysterio they've so blatantly been chasing for years.

Quite honestly, the storyline potential with some of Raw's deadliest duos makes the move legitimately appealing, not least if another proficient pair make the same trip...
