If you're surprised to see another one of Mick Foley's character's names appear on this list, you shouldn't be. You don't get the nickname of "King of Hardcore" by keeping it in the ring.

For most of his WWE career, Foley portrayed Mankind, at first a boiler-room-dwelling, pet-rat-having, leather-mask wearing freak of nature that soon morphed into the comedic, lovable, big goof that wore a sock puppet with his shirt and tie.

But Foley's first true wrestling persona was that of Cactus Jack and it was this character that WWE utilised beginning in late 1997 to even further Foley's hardcore style. By WrestleMania XIV, Catcus had partnered with fellow hardcore legend Terry Funk, aka Chainsaw Charlie, and challenged the New Age Outlaws for the Tag Team Championship in a Dumpster Match.

Similar to a Casket Match, the match could only conclude when both participants were placed into the dumpster and the lid was closed shut. The concept originated when, on an early '98 episode of RAW, Road Dogg and Billy Gunn launched Foley & Funk off the RAW stage while they were inside a dumpster.

The WrestleMania XIV match's highlights took place outside the ring, including the finish which, again, featured a forklift as Chainsaw and Cactus used it to lower the Outlaws into a second (and later deemed "unofficial") dumpster in the backstage area.

Mick Foley is undoubtedly the only man in WWE history that can claim to have won two different championships via forklift.
