Triple H has indicated via Twitter that Lesnar has signed a "multi year" deal with WWE. The length of this is stated as "three years" in a report at f4wonline, hence why it required Brock's retirement from MMA. There's simply no way he could join the UFC in three years when he'll be 40 years old. In truth, even now at 37, he's way too old for a UFC comeback. The Heavyweight division has became way superior since he departed the MMA game. Signing Brock to three years was likely a demand on the WWE side. The company wants to plan for the long term and they don't want contract negotiations disrupting business. Just look at the drama that Brock's deal has caused around WrestleMania 31. At least for the next two years, WWE can go forward with Lesnar without the worry of him leaving. As for Lesnar, he probably didn't mind committing for three years. It isn't as if his job is hard. The three to four matches he works is the only real time he needs to put a shift in.
