10 Least Salvageable WWE Careers
5. Tamina
Tamina is so unvalued that her re-introduction to the audience after nearly a year of absence was booked as a deliberately deflating swerve on the expected arrival of Charlotte. Some wrestlers get buried in the ring in order to put over the top talent, but Tamina wasn't even afforded that luxury. Her comeback moment was treated as a joke, so it's no wonder that she hasn't been taken seriously since returning.
She’s been temporarily partnered with the women’s division’s worst worker, but at least Lana is an excellent talker and has proven she can perform under differing gimmicks. Tamina, however, has been playing the same ‘silent muscle’ character since 2010, and now that she’s surrounded by wrestlers who are clearly better fighters than she is, it’s becoming evident that most of her image is based more on the fact that she wears a leather jacket than her wrestling ability.
This lack of interesting character has been compounded by the post-WrestleMania booking of SmackDown's women's division, which has consisted entirely of story-light multi-women matches. This makes Tamina feel like just another body in the ring among the fan favourites and more established personalities. Unless something drastically changes soon, she's going to stay that way.
