10 Major Challenges Facing WWE In 2021

3. Raw's Ratings

It's been a challenge for over five years now, but WWE haven't found a fix quicker than a week at the moment. How do you solve a problem like Monday Night Raw?

In short, you don't, and they can't. For a company that used to play the f*cking promo nonstop in highlight packages, nobody has thought about changing the questions. Bruce Prichard got his old job back, Jeff Jarrett made a mockery of Vince McMahon's legendary 2001 burial and Triple H was given a demotion and a bigger workload, somehow. The man making these decisions is the issue, because he's at the beating heart of every other issue.

On January 4th, Raw will feature a load of returning legends which, on previous evidence, will provide a minor spike. They'll do even less than usual thanks to the global b*stard, and frankly it's riskier than it should be transporting them all there in the first place. This is all they think to do now, and even that's with the USA Network breathing down their necks.

The challenge of fixing Raw's ratings, but of getting through to the man that has overseen this lengthy and consistent decline.
