The Korean Zombie Chan Sung Jung has earned a reputation throughout his career as a professional fighter as one of the most exciting all-action talents to make their way into the UFC.
So, when he was booked to fight unorthodox striker Yair Rodriguez in a clash with title ramifications at 145lbs in 2018 fans knew they were going to be treated to an all-out war.
And that's exactly what they got.
The two contenders engaged in an epic battle that deservedly went on to win Fight of the Night honours. However, with just 10 seconds remaining in the final round, and despite The Korean Zombie being up on all three of the judges' scorecards, the pair decided to initiate a wild exchange to cap off the bout.
If Korean Zombie had just avoided his opponent he could have won a decision, but instead, he lunged in, and was KO'd by a beautiful elbow from Yair with only one second left on the clock.
