8. Turnbuckle Brainbuster

Where the person taking the move literally takes a head bump on metal. Ouch. A wrestler called El Generico (not to be confused with the not at all related Sami Zayn) used this incredibly inventive, video game style move on the independents, before returned to Mexico to look after his orphanage. Generico was considered one of the safest guys in the biz and nobody was ever injured taking the move, as far as I'm aware. But it is cringe-inducing stuff. There is so little room for error and it requires great strength and skill by the person giving the move. What if he lost his balance and accidentally lost slipped while performing the 180 degree turn? The wrestler taking the move would be dropped either back-first onto the top of the ring post or they'd be left to drop on the apron. Either way, that's an unhappy landing.
