10 Most Likely WWE Royal Rumble 2018 Winners
1. Roman Reigns
It's a sorry fact the vast majority of WWE fans - at least those with an internet connection, anyway - have known what the headline match of WrestleMania 34 will be since before the summer (for that, we owe our thanks to Vince McMahon's leaky underlings).
In a way, however, that has actually worked out kind of nicely for the company. Part of the reason so many have turned against Roman Reigns in recent years is because he always seems to pop up at the last minute to defy all the odds; this time we have plenty of time to prepare ourselves for his coronation.
Incidentally, that's part of the reason there's a smidgen of doubt surrounding The Big Dog's chances of winning the Rumble. It would almost certainly result in widespread boos from the audience, something WWE - having witnessed, like the rest of us, what happened three years ago - would be fools to overlook.
His 'Mania showdown with Brock Lesnar doesn't necessarily need this to go ahead, either: the pair of them already share pre-existing beef, having locked horns, as part of a fatal four-way, over the summer.
He's the outstanding favourite, of course, but it's not set in stone.
