2. John Cena

From 'The Boss' to 'The Champ' and John Cena joining 24/7 Champion Reggie as the only wrestler WWE currently hold in high enough esteem to appear regularly on both brands.

That the Women's Tag Team Champions seemingly aren't always afforded a similar honour is an indictment how little care is put into those titles in and of itself, but that's no concern of the SummerSlam co-main eventer as he enjoys the fruits of his labour with this most recent return.

More than just thrilled to be back in buildings, or to see a star, they are clearly thrilled to see him. His style hasn't changed a jot, but multiple absences have made hearts grow fonder than ever, and he'll likely be gone again before that can subside.

And it's not just that. WWE - as of this writing - haven't botched something that any right-minded person would have once deemed utterly impossible. We are all on the verge of seeing Cena Vs Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship in a match where one will be booed, the other will be cheered, and both with the dynamic the company actually wants.

This is a remarkable achievement, and it's not just Cena's...
