10 Most Overrated Wrestlers On PWI's Top 500 Wrestlers Of 2015

Featuring inactive injury victims, floundering midcarders, and part-time podcast hosts.

Every year, the PWI 500 sparks an enormous amount of debate (and discontent) among wrestling fans. Despite the publication's position as one of the longest-serving authorities on the business, it annually opens itself up for an extreme amount of criticism by attempting the impossible - ordering the top 500 wrestlers of the year. A list with such an incredible variety of candidates to choose from will never be regarded as perfect by anybody, and a lot of the criticism PWI receives can rightly be seen as excessive. However, ever year there are a few decisions questionable enough to raise the eyebrows of even the most lenient of readers. 2015 is no exception. Often the cause of such commotion is the wrestler sat atop the list, but Seth Rollins' placing has garnered a generally positive response - especially from the man himself: https://twitter.com/WWERollins/status/639540716356567041 However, this year has seen various underwhelming wrestlers achieve an astonishingly high position on the list, a phenomenon which could be attributed to a number of factors: an over-reliance upon past achievements, a WWE bias, or even the benefit of name value. Here are the ten most overrated wrestlers on the 2015 PWI 500, including the top two men on last year's list.
