1. The Rock Vs. Kurt Angle Vs. The Undertaker - Vengeance 2002
As good as the Big Show versus Brock Lesnar versus Kurt Angle match was at Vengeance 2003, it paled in comparison to the show closer at the previous year's event featuring Angle (him again), The Rock and The Undertaker. The WWE hadn't produced a great pay-per-view main event for months. The Undertaker was responsible for one of those, having an unbelievably poor match with Hulk Hogan at Judgement Day. Thankfully, at Vengeance, 'Taker, Rock and Angle grafted and produced a phenomenal, show-saving match. Angle (wearing an awesome red, white and blue camouflage singlet) carried the action. It beggars belief just how smooth Angle was. The Undertaker brought the big moves and The Rock brougth...well, he's The Rock. You know what he brings. The match was expertly laid-out and allowed for all three men to shine equally. The sequence at the end, with everyone hitting their finishers, was top class. Catch this one at your earliest convenience. It really is as good as you would imagine.
