10 New Directions For WWE After Night Of Champions 2026
6. Moving On From The Vision
Bron Breakker losing that steel cage match to Seth Rollins on Saturday should be a wrap on this particular story arc. Where else can they really go with it? Seth just took down his heir apparent when the group was formed in the first place. The Vision feels like it could go the way of Judgment Day if they’re not careful.
Almost hilariously, Michael Cole said post-match that Rollins wondered if Bron was ready for this moment, then said he “indeed was”. Literally wasn’t mate. He lost when the heat was on and it was must win. That isn't something which should sit well with Paul Heyman or Breakker's stablemates.
Get them to pack it in as a collective, then line up Bron vs. Bronson Reed for SummerSlam. Y'know, assuming the latter is fighting fit by then. It might be Breakker's only hope of squeezing onto the booking sheets for either night this August. He can't realistically aim for Rollins again, not after Night Of Champions put a bow on their beef as rivals for the time being.
Should Breakker get not-so-kindly excommunicated from The Vision, then it's high time WWE cut their losses on the faction. Who would it really benefit if it was kept around? Austin Theory?! Logan Paul doesn't need the thing either, and Heyman can always go on to other things due to his credibility and lineage as a performer.
Seth's win felt like a death knell for the not-so-stable stable he started last year. It won't be remembered as one of the greats.
