10 NXT Superstars That Will Struggle On WWE's Main Roster

8. The Revival - Great At Things That Don't Exist In Modern WWE

Although I'm still not sold on their new name, there is a lot to love about Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder. Constantly referred to as a throwback to teams like The Brainbusters, these two excel at old-school tag team tactics like denying the hot tag, building up blood feuds, parking lot beatdowns and cutting biting backstage promos. The problem is that a lot of things they are great at aren't really emphasized much anymore in WWE. The company's tag team division has never been their main interest in the first place, but The Revival's 1980s NWA style of tag team work is something that WWE has all but phased out by 2016. As good as Dash and Dawson are at what they do, it's doubtful that WWE will change their stance solely on their account. Their issue is further complicated by the fact that Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson will be joining the main roster soon and they've been paid too much money to work too similar a style. Dash and Dawson may end up having no void to fill in WWE.
