10 Reasons The Undertaker Didn't Retire At WrestleMania 32

2. Money On The Table With John Cena

As a businessman, Mark Calaway has always been a shrewd operator. He doesn't seem the type of guy to leave big money on the table, and at WrestleMania 33, he has the opportunity to earn the biggest pay day of his life in a main event match with John Cena.

The context would be that they've never met in a major main event, and are two of the biggest icons in the business. It would go over strong with both the weekly fans and the more casual mainstream interest. It is the sort of business opportunity that is hard to resist.

It was in fact meant to be a match at 'Mania 32, but Cena's shoulder injury stopped it from happening. Waiting another twelve months and doing it at 'Mania 33 isn't too much of a stretch. For the sake of one more year, Taker can have the biggest match of his career. Retiring now and passing up that opportunity would be a shocker.
